Another sunny day at the Summer Race League and Gloucester Ski Club stormed the raffle!

With Giacomo ready at the starting post, we bagged lots of the best prizes on offer. Dave Locke and his sister sprinted for the most wanted 24 cans of Budweiser and again for a sweatshirt, Nancy claimed a bottle of wine and finally Harvey won the top price, a pair of 130 racing skis.

LAMBDEN bags a brace - Celtic Cups 1 and 2 [news]

Sarah Lambden from Gloucester set the scene for the national summer race series with a clean sweep over the 2 days of racing.

On a very hot weekend competitors made their way to Rossendale in Lancashire for what was going to be a tremendous weekend of racing and entertainment for those watching.

We are planning a June 1/2 term training camp at Gloucester Ski Centre again this year.
 
Dates: 1st - 4th June
Time: 3pm - 9pm
Open to: Performance Group / Develpment 2 group
Coach: Sam Wyer (Hedley will join in the evenings, if numbers dictate, and if numbers exceed we will bring another full time coach)
Cost: £115.00 (based on Gold Card Members)

ESSKiA - Regional Race 20 September 2009 [news]

Many of Gloucester's athletes were competing over the weekend at the regional heat and hoping to make the finals in Rossindale on 10/11 October 2009.

There were over 170 entrants and they all formed part of school teams, with St Peters dominating the team results with impressive runs from James Mozol, James Davies and Hayden Wilkinson in the U16 age groups.
